Milkdrop crash my application

I have a Winamp VisPlugin Wrapper for Bass Audio Library writen.
since the last Milkdrop vers. 2.0c and 2.0d
my VB application used this wrapper and Crashes
Milkdrop previously run.

load all plugin in to a list first time.
start milkdrop all work fine.
Re-read the list then my application allways crashes

the error appears can not Read from Address xxxx
this error only with VB-EXE under Delphi Environment all work fine.

this error when run VB in the IDE run not appears .
only run as EXEFile

Please tell me what is wrong ;)

you can load a sample self url change milk.jg to Sample.rar

Move this Sample to Root C: or D: or other root
Sample crashes Immediately

think Milkdrop has a general problem with path ..
It is hard.
