Remove file details from MUI_PAGE_INSTFILES

Hi Guys.
I will like to remove the files details(File names) and detail buttons from the MUI_PAGE_INSTFILES macro.
I will like to just leave a nice progress bar in the window.
Any pointer on how to accomplish this?
