Server Touches every 5 minutes?

Is there a way to do it at the beggining of each song? By the time it touches the server that song is over.

I have read to use an older version to fix this. If so where can I get an older version

that goes against the ICY Standard, the ICY standard has it setup so that the server recieves the touch intervals from the directory and not by the user, this way the YP administrator can control traffic to their directory by a server. YP Lister is one that went against the ICY standard by allowing Song changes and Time intervals to be set by the end users, this can quickly take down MySQL backends very quickly.
