Hey,
I've tried everything. Port forwarding the ports 8000 and 8001 (for my router adress which is 192.168.2.1). I even tried Port triggering, nothing.
Router Firewall is set off. I just own Kaspersky Internet Security though I created specific rules for winamp.exe and the sc_serv.exe; letting all TCP actions work.
Still nothing.
I have a Siemens Gigaset SE551 Router; I used to broadcast with no problems without the router. But since I have one and connect over Wireless-LAN to my internet on my laptop, nothing works.
Any suggestions ?

If I'm understanding you, then that's not right. You log onto the router, go to the port forwarding area, and forward those ports to your PC's address
On the Wireless laptop, Start -> Run ->
Type IPCONFIG and click OK
Write down the IP. Go to port forwarding on your router, and do the deed (forward those ports to that IP). Also delete anything you set up in port triggering...
Hope this helps

Your PC's IP address does start with 192...
Your router has the public IP. You have to tell it to forward incoming requests on port 8000 to your PC's private IP address!
Read my suggestion above. Type IPCONFIG on your PC. Write down the address. It should be 192.168.x.x
Now log into your router. Clear all port forwarding and port triggering settings. Then ADD your PC's private address (192.168.x.x), forwarding TCP ports 8000 and 8001
It's really simple - you just have to follow the instructions.
