Why doesn't DSP plug-in submission work

My DSP plug-in submission keeps getting posted without its thumbnails, screenshot and download! (3 tries now, from different computers too!) What the heck?

The submission (and review) system is a total mess, and has been that way for a LONG time now, with no forthcoming plans to fix it.
