Missing links for skins

http://www.winamp.com/skins/details/221599 and http://www.winamp.com/skins/details/221598 do not show images for the skin thumbnails. The links to the wsz files are also incorrect.

I would like to download these skins but can't.

It is an ongoing and intermittent issue with the Winamp.com skin and plug-in database. Basically it needs some major revamping but Winamp being freeware it is a question of resources and personal. Anyways skins are also commonly released at various third party skin sites (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=207976#ThirdParty). You could try looking for the skins at some of the sites, 1001 Winamp Skins and deviantART are two among the best bets.

okay, ya got me. the marhall skin is one of my own creations and winamp gets WAY more skin downloads than wincustomize, so I wanted the links to be correct on the winamp site. Thank you very much for doing the extra recsearch, very considerate.

Same problem with my DSP plug-in submission, AudioProc. Like you say, Winamp's site gets way more exposure to plug-ins and skins, so hopefully they can dig up the resources to fix at least the submission part, so we can all share our hard work with the world again! :)

you're wishing on a lost cause as it's been dire for years and has just never gotten what it needs. sorry but on a personal note i think you're wasting your time even trying to get stuff on winamp.com nowadays.

Huh? What links are not working? As already stated in this thread there is a ongoing issue with the Winamp.com skin/plug-in database.

Hmm.. Skin search doesn't work for alienmind, may it be related with this issue? Using google I was able to find it on the site.

I know these things will be fix someday..
