Can somebody help me Set Up A Web Radio

Hi

Can somebody help me in setting up a web radio station for my local soccer club in the North East of England. We want to set up using winamp and Shoutcast so We can have a show lasting for a couple of hours on Saturday evenings from 6pm-7pm GMT. The problem is I dont know where to start so can somebody give me some personal help for free.
