How to check if a user has admin rights

I want to check before the Directory_Page_Setting if the user has admin rights or not. Depending on the result, I would put as target drive for admins "C:\Program Folder\MyApp" and for normal users "C:\MyApp" to the screen.
How I can find out, if the user has admin rights?
