Is it your Stream? If no read this:
Mostly its only an temporary problem.
Try it again in a few hours.

if buffering stops at say 11% on shoutcast Tv
it could be one of many reasons heres some:-
* your connection is too slow to watch the stream.
* The person providing the stream is having connection
problems with their server.
* The person providing the stream has a misconfigured
nsv stream i.e using a audio or video codec that is not supported by winamp.

thanx Michel, i' m still trying, but in vain... i'm trying with every other channel in SHOUTcast TV, with the same negative results...
cheers, Vic
thanx JKey, but how come a whole day was fine, and the audio or video codec is now not supported by winamp, shows for seconds and then stops...
P.S my connection is very strong

This is a connection issue if all the stations dont work.

hey JKey,
and i wonder,
the SHOUTcast Radio runs fine,as well as everything i'm downloading now, why not the SHOUTcast TV?
so is this going to be fixed by its self, or what? thanx again pal...
cheers Vic

SHOUTcast TV Streams require more bandwidth than "normal" Radio Streams (TV by example 500kbps and Radio 128kbps).
It should be fixed by itself. I think your ISP has currently some problems or sth else.
Info:
Do you have any filesharing tools running or do you share your connection with other pcs in your home network?

filesharing tools are off while SHOUTcast TV streaming so i give the whole bandwidth to it. also it is a single home connection...
cheers Michel,

for me works fine, again this is for all stations ?
as i said above if none of them work and shoutcast
radio does then it is a problem with your connection
i surgest running a speedtest or contacting your isp.

have you installed any new plugins in winamp ?
have you changed any winamp settings ?
have you tryed reinstalling winamp ?
i ask these questions because it maybe a winamp
issue and if thats the case you will need to ask
for help in the winamp section of the forums.
