can anyone healp me out with how to stream music on local network ( LAN, Intranet).. usng winamp..

i miss read the shoucast website.

But how do you listen in to a shoutcast server on your LAN on another machine?

with your local IP instead of the external IP. (usually 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x)

you can't announce it to the shoutcast yp because your using an internal network, so you'll have to advertise your radio via a open chat channel or something.

Hmm do you really want to limit to a local network hmm otherwise you can always try shoutcast as others said or icecast.
