As long as we're off on a tea tangent... there is a school of thought that adding the milk last can actually "scald" the milk.

I'll just mention that although I'm an Englishman who now lives in the USA, I can't stand tea. Never cared for it.

Give me a nice rich cup of coffee from fresh ground beans (Starbucks, preferably) any day. Or, better still, a good strong pint.
