I do not see my signature or anyone elses,is it a bad set up or am I missing something

New peoples signatures do not show up until you have 25+ posts if I recall correctly.
It's all part of the anti spammer measures in place.

But if you don't see any one elses then you should check "Show user's signatures in their posts?" on this (http://forums.winamp.com/member.php?s=&action=editoptions) page.
