Vga Kill - please help!!!

I´m having this vga kill problem, the solution to this problem was on winamp´s homepage but after a renovation it´s apparently gone!

It´s a very easy solution, something like changing a parameter in system.ini, but I have forgotten, someone remember?

Pretty please, with suger on top, help me!!
