balancing volume over a number of mp3's

Hi,
Is it possible to balance the volume of a number of mp3 files recorded from a few sources, and at different volumes with a plug-in or utility?
Also, is there a plug-in that can convert playlists to Ms Office Doc. format?

I assume you want to do this during playback, not recording. If you enable "auto" on the winamp equalizer, it will store equalizer settings for each song and change them automatically. There is probably a better way, but with this you can manually tweak the preamp setting for each song.

don't know about a realtime normalizer (but you can do this when you make your mp3s) but anyways, for the MS word thing, open your playlist, click "MISC" button then "OPTS" then click on "Generate HTML playlist". Word should be able to open the HTML file, or you can simply edit/view it in an HTML editor
