jumps at beginning song

At the beginning of every song it jumps. I think it maybe has to do with identifying the songtitle. I already tried to set priority to 'high' and the buffer to 8 sec. (as suggested in faq, but that didn't help.

I know your problem. It has to do woth the Anti-Virus software you are running in the background. I used to have the problem. I uninstalled the software because my system's performance was greatly degraded with it running. If you don't want to do that, a format usually will help or you can add more memory to your system. When all else fails, you can get a new processor.
