nsv live capture

Hello,

When i use the nsv live capture with my video camera through the firewire connection, it doesnt work !
The video stream is too strong and it disconnect my soft in one second. I cant make any change in the settings of the soft. Is anyone as a solution about it? Can i use another soft to make a live video through nsv?

Have you tried feeding the video through a S Video port ?

I need to make a live video with it

No I do not know of any other way to stream live through the firewire connection.

Streaming through firewire is possible if the camera is recognized by NSV.

did the camera come with VfW or WDM drivers?

The only thing is :

- My Cam (DCR-PC120E) is recognised by nsvcap
I can make a preview, i can start the live capture but it close the soft a few second after i start it.

When i go in Option, Video Capture Pin, i cant make any changes.

Does anyone have a solution?

Take the tape out. Maybe unplug the battery too. You won't be able to make any adjustments to the picture outside of what's available on the camera.

You can install ffdshow if you need more picture adjustment functionality. I also like mxwendler.
