Bulgarian translation: Bug, obviously

One " is redundant here...

Strangely, it compiles fine then, but it doesn't enable me to choose the translation... any idea why?

Bug fixed. If you can't choose Bulgarian, it's probably because of http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_does_the_language_selection_dialog_hide_some_languages
