Could you please elaborate on the changes you've made?
A few problems with the changes I can see are: You've used non English characters for the language name. That wouldn't display nicely on non-Russian systems. You've used $\' in the NLF which is not supported. The show details button's text is considerably longer. Are you sure it fits?

I have made small changes to improve the translation. Mostly that is about stylistics. Also, I have translated a new section - "Choose Users"

Could you please allow me to translate the language name to standardise that? You can see that other lanuguages' names are translated.

I changed "" quotation marks with the correct russian ones - «». They are recommended by our Russian typography rules. You can read a little note about this here: http://www.artlebedev.com/mandership/104/

I edited it to the shorter variant - "Подробнее". Does it fit now?

We used to have the language name untranslated because the codepage might not have fit. But now we only show languages whose codepage match, so it should be OK to start translating them.
The new quotes you've used should be OK, but you have used $\" for the normal quotes which is unsupported in NLF files.
I don't know if that shorter word fits, you should test the language file on your own with a Russian system. This way, you'd also see why $\" is not allowed.

I have updated language files according to your remarks.
Translation for the button "Show Details" is correct in this case.
