If I wanted to set up an on line radio station eventually to create an income from advertising what would be my legal implications? I`m pretty new to all this so forgive me if the que is a little simple.. I`m trying to get my head around the difference between shoutcast radio.. is it that there`s no income produced? I`ve been reading about laws changing at the moment regarding licensing etc.. Any help be much appreciated.. ps my 1st post..
Thanks

no one in their right mind would listen to all ad radio.
Income can be produced with SHOUTcast stations. However, most income produced goes back into music or server fees. Thus leaving the owner with making no money off the station.
It is very difficult to actually create an income from internet radio at all.
My advice would be to try something else to make money. I hear working for someone or some corporation is a great way to get paid. :)

I totally agree with fc*uk.
Very few common folk make money on internet advertising.
You can try making advertising money from YouTube.
