Better long Pod cast seeking

I record local talk radio 6AM to 8PM they tend to have long ad blocks so I kinda go seek crazy, I can break it up to 30-60minete blocks but I do that for my Ipod clone and DS not for the computer.

Is there a skin that handles visual seeking/skipping better for long files?

If no one thought of it it should not be 2 hard to have 2 seek bars on custom skin one is the whole length the other is zoomed in at 10-30 minutes around the current time.

Also while I am at it is there anything that handles batch/automatized audio editor to convert asf/mov,ect(what ti records to) to MP3, need to cut off silence on the ends,normalize and split to time.

Currently using Xilisoft Video(dose a ton of audio formats as well) Converter Ultimate.

Yes, you make that skin, that would be a really good idea. Keep us informed in the modern skin forum on how you are doing, ok?

That or the ability to zoom on the playing timeline like some editors...


I can't code(or in some cases write....think....)my way out of paper sack :P

I'd go back to VLC for it but I am using it to run video wall papers....

Winamp Modern, Bento, Anunaki (in party mode), Kameleon-DUI, mMonkey, Nullsoft Media Player 10, Submetric, WInamp Azenis, Winamp Single GUI.

These all have seek bars that scale with the width of the Main Window.
