Use the above link to download it for now as http://www.winamp.com/media-player is still saying v5.571 is the latest. Also the Wiki @ http://www.winamp.com/help/Version_History says 5.571 is the latest still too.
An admin or something may have to make the links publicly viewable if they want, so the public can download before the site has finished being prepared.
