you spoke about a dedicated server.

since you don't have the server on your system , you ask the host for assistance.
see if they provide telnet so you can access it.
if not there is not much anybody can do for you.


if you want to setup the server software on your own system than goto the shoutcast tech forum part and read the setup guide in the FAQ thread.
