I've noticed since my last two updates to 5.56 & 5.57 that when I enlarge the video screen my computer memory shoots up to 75% and averages between 72% to 75%. Yet, when I leave the video screen size small (the smallest size), the video memory ranges between 19% to 53% and averages about 33%. When I try to enlarge the video screen to cover my entire monitor's screen the increased consumption of memory is immediately noticeable since it slows considerably the use of a browser or to toggle and use other open applications unless I revert the size back to small. The previous version 5.55 (I guess) and before when I would enlarge the video screen there wouldn't be a reduction in my cpu's memory consumption, as I could have other browsers and applications open simultaneously without any problems! I think too much stuff has been added that somehow some application consumes much to much memory when the video screen is enlarged in this newer versions of Winamp and it is annoying to squint to view at a small video screen.
