Beastie Boys Sampler Skin

Does anayone know where I can find this classic skin made for the beastie boys back in the late 90s?

I've been looking everywhere and I can't find it. Google has not deleivered on it. I used to love this skin. The sampler is so simple. It's reason I kept using winamp for so many years

Please help!
