hi. I am thinking to buy shoutcastis.com and have there a Icelandic Help and info aboat Shoutcast. I am woondering if that would be ok? Just wanna be shure before i do it.

Just to be clear SHOUTcast is a registered trademark of AOL inc.
Always ask AOL about using its trademark in anything you do ;)

Some just do it without asking and AOL never bothers them ;)
But always better to know the legal situation.

http://shoutcast2.de,http://shoutcast2.com this guy has permission
to use this domain and I think he is or was a SHOUTcast partner.

As I say it may not be a problem,but with a corporation you never know.


Imagine you make a great website with many visitors,then one day AOL
contact you and say what you are doing is illegal.
Then you must shut down your website or give it a new domain name,
and all your hard work you have put in,has been for nothing !!

I own SHOUTcast2.de / .com because I write german / english updates about SHOUTcast 2.0 and I am a premium partner with my radio RauteMusik.FM. But I dont think anybody is allowed to do that, but I can't tell you....
