Hey Guys ,
i am new here and new to Shoutcast Radios,
so i downloadet everything from the shoutcast.com Website i mean the Tools , but i dont know how to create a shoutcast Stream , the program there i cant start .
How to do a Radio i need to make a Website ? is there any program to do that ?
Can anyone explain it step by step ?
