Diminish musics sound in movie

Hi everyone,
I have a file with movie (*.wmv) where most part is LOUD musical content and I can't hear what heroes say. Can I diminish the volume of music and at the same time not diminish volume speech with help of Winamp equalizer? I'll appreciated to any advices.

Hey friend! I actually don't know about the exact technology that how it can be done. But i have heard that this problem can be resolved.
