Idea for new option

I think there should be an option for Winamp to pause or disable audio at least if your headset gets disconnected. Any thoughts?

Yes, many other Android Audio Players have this option. It is a good edition to any Music Player.

What do you mean with this? If I play music in Winamp while my headphones are in the phone, and I unplug the headphones, you would like the music to stop? That's working for me on HTC Desire.

On my Moto Milestone (Android 2.1), this already works with Winamp... and all other media players too. As soon as I pop out the headphone cable, the audio pauses.

Yes, this already occurs on my Nexus One. If music is playing, and the headphones are removed, the music pauses. Sometimes there is a half second delay and music continues to play briefly out of the phone speaker, but this is a rare occurrence.

Droid 2 and music continues. Stock and Music Mod it stops.

I would also like this. It saved me from having to wake my phone to stop it after I unplugged the cord before getting out of my car.
