I'm having issues finding the Android app on the market and was wondering if anyone could help me out. When I scan the barcode and try to open the link my phone tells me

"There are no matches in android Market for the search: pname:com.nullsoft.winamp

I tried searching for it manually in the market but am only able to find some other winamp remote app to control winamp from my phone. Anyone have any ideas?

Phone- Motorola Cliq running Android 1.6.1

I'm thinking perhaps the older version of Android on my phone is preventing me getting the app? (Really wish I could update this, curse you Motoblur!)

it's a 2.1 and upwards app only as far as I know, only became available to me after udpating from 1.6 to 2.1

Thanks Mr. Jones I found an OS update and got the winamp app. Now I'm having big problems getting winamp to detect my phone. It won't show up at all under Devices and discover devices seems to do nothing. Any suggestions for this?

From the Winamp site I sent my Android OS Samsung Behold II phone the link to download software. But that link goes nowhere. There is no winamp in the mobile Android Market and the internet version only sends us back to the Winamp site. The phone browser also cannot find [ pname.com.nullsoft.winamp ]

So whats an ole man to do?
