View Full Version : Milk Drop 2 - How are preset ratings used?

There has to be what, okay I just checked, 557 different presets in my winamp/plugins/milkdrop2/presets/ directory

And one of the options you have during the display of each preset is to rate them from 0 to 5

So approached them decisively and either rated them 0, or 5, simply like, or not like.

The ones I don't like, I'd rather not see at all.

I'm hoping there's a configuration option that I'm missing that allows only presets of a certain rating and above to be included in the list of presets used during the visualization.

I figure that I could simply write down each one I don't like and then delete them from the directory, but that would be a pretty exhausting process when there are so many to sort through.

Thanks for any help provided :)

The rating just determines how often presets are shown. A function "don't show" does not exist.

The rating is however stored in the presets, in a line called (I think) "frating=....". Therefore you may simply search your .milk files for the string "frating=1", using explorer or any other file utility, and to delete the files found.
