Look at my sig. It has six lines formatted in size 1. And the simple fact it's showing here means it's OK as to the forum rules, right?
But... when I try to update it by changing a few things that in no way increase the number of characters, I get that message:
The following errors occurred with your submission:
Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 5 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.
What's the change? The fourth line would now read:
@ large 1 (me): Windows 7 Home Premium - 64-bit • Intel Core i5 • 6 GB RAM
So you see that in fact it will be shorter.
