[Winamp Toolbar] How can I listen to Shoutcast station?

How can I listen to a Shoutcast Station with the Winamp Toolbar. I click on the little arrow right next to "SHOUTcast" in the toolbar, but the menu seems to be empty. Just a little tiny spot is shown.

I think due to changes at SHOUTcast.com that function is not longer available. Clicking on the button should bring you to shoutcast.com.

what browser do u have..there is a toolbar you can use that works for Firefox and IE that you can put your pick of shoutcast station on it..and you can surf the web normally without any interuption to the music
