no rules?

the rules page (http://forums.winamp.com/rules.php) seems to be missing.

All I see is a 404 page

Hit F5 a few times. It should appear eventually.
It basically boils down to two different servers not being properly sync'd.
It's known about and will hopefully get fixed eventually....
