I'm not sure if a visualization plugin like this exists, especially since it seems that the effects are made up of a bunch of static images and video clips, but I figured I'd ask.

One of my favorite visual effects is the style used in this video:

where the visuals are a bunch of really fast changing images and videos. Is there any winamp visualization that can do this type of thing? If not, does anyone know of any other program that could do it?

any image-viewer with slideshow feature can do this, just set the interval to 0s :)

The pack EL-VIS - Plasma (http://info2.winamp.com/plugins/details/71455) features a preset that reminds me of that, called GermanTV.

From memory, I believe it has an AVI, where each from is different. And on beat it switches frame.

Something like that is the best you can do with AVS.

yeah, and it has the spice girl in it :D

many effect lists with images shown in each would be another option, but not really worth the effort. even with rudimentary video editors like windows movie maker you can put together a video like this with a few clicks only.
