Winamp for Mac Wireless Sync

I have installed Winamp on my Android phone and the Winamp for Mac Sync beta. However, I don't see my phone listed under "Devices" unless I plug the phone in to my Mac. Isn't it supposed to pair after the first wired sync like it does on the Windows version?
