I tried setting up my server how the broadcasting wiki said, but it wasn't working. I then tried changing bits and pieces to find a combination that works, but to no avail. At one point people could connect if they changed the IP in the listen.pls to my internet IP, as it was giving out my local IP for some reason, but I don't know if that's the case anymore. So I'm kind of at a loss, not sure how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Try removing all references to the "srcip" and "dstip" in the configuration file completely. If that doesn't work try using the config builder from the SHOUTcast install folder to help you create configuration file(s) from scratch.
What does your network topology look like exactly? Does the computer you run the DNAS on get your public IP address assignment directly or does it run behind a router or a modem/router combo device?
By the looks of your config you're trying to get this working on a Windows PC. Is that true?

Removing the references makes it give out my local IP, and switching the IP's in the .pls file doesn't seem to work anyway. My modem/router is connected to two computers and a device if I'm reading your question right. And yes, I'm using Windows XP 32-bit. I can try using the config builder again.

destip is not properly used with the current public release of the v2 DNAS (only is applied to the pls provided from the DNAS and not what gets sent to the YP for clients to then use) though it should be doing what it can to work out the correct IP address for clients to connect to. the internal build better uses the option though requires YP updates which are pending being deployed as well.
is the DNAS showing any YP related errors like a 480 code or something else?

Ah, the config builder fixed it. I don't know what I did the first time, but it works now. Thank you.

Grats, glad to see you got it all sorted out.

Well I thought it was working, but it's giving out my local IP again instead. Changing the IP to the correct IP in the listen.pls makes it connect properly, so the problem is the IP it's issuing.
Here are the new config files.

trying again, are you getting any errors in the log especially relating to any YP connections?
though based on things, it's probably a combination of the current DNAS build not doing things correctly, the current YP code not doing things correctly and something else from your network which is causing things to not be resolved nicely with some of the checks being done.

I don't see any errors, just messages. Most of them say something like:
SHOUTcast 1 client connection rejected. Stream not available.

i've edited the sc_serv_simple.conf you uploaded as that included the authhash (if i'd not seen this straight away then i would have had to delete the authhash from the system incase it had been compromised).
however, using that to check in the backend system, the listing on the site is fine, it is only when trying to use the listen.pls link directly from the DNAS where the issue lies.
as such i personally wouldn't change anything with how things are running as it seems to be bug in how the DNAS is determining the IP to use when running on your network / machine (which should be pulling it from the 'host' header in the request to get the listen.pls but something might be mangling that).
