After deleting iTunes playlist in Winamp, cannot get it back

I let Winamp import all playlists from iTunes. Later I decided to delete some of them in Winamp. No I cannot get them back into Winamp.


I tried to close Winamp and iTunes, start Winamp again, but the playlists don't show up.
I tried to delete the iTunes Music Library.xml from the properties dialogue and re-add it later.
I deleted the Winamp.app from my computer and re-added it, hoping I would get the initial iTunes import dialogue. The dialogue didn't show up though. The Winamp library looked exactly as it looke before deleting and re-installing the .app


What can I do? Is there a way to reset the Winamp Music library?

This is disappointing. Was my question unclear? Please tell me how I can clarify. I'd love to have a working Winamp install on my Mac.
