I have done all the necessary thing i need to do but am still getting Server is currently up and public (no YP connection).
I need your help in fixing this please

Looks like you don't have an auth hash set for the stream.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the DNAS (and Transcoder if you're using it.)

i do have auth hash but was for a different IP can i still use it

I believe you can but you'll need to put it into the DNAS configuration file manually. However, it might be more prudent to get new ones for your new IP if you no longer have the old one.

nanakweku64's authhash is no longer in the system (as determined by one of a number of pm's sent whilst i've been away which i checked a few hours ago) and as such needs to be removed from the config file and re-created - it stems from old / un-used authhash having been cleared out of the database over the last month which i believe includes nanakweku64's.

is also good to know that people don't bother to read the log file even when it clearly says what is going on *shrugs*
