Can't Install font in some OS

I Install a Custom Font in Windows,it works.But in my friend's OS(Win7 US),the setup copy font to his Font Dir,and then Block.Who can help me,thx

What does block mean? Does it block forever?

Without any more information we cannot help. Show us some code, try running Process Monitor etc
