There are three logical solutions to your problem. The keyboard isn't plugged in to your pc <---- I take it back ): It can't be. Maybe your keyboard settings have changed or even winamp is fucked up. Try reinstalling... The nly thing u can do...

I found the problem, Some plug-in that i had installed actually added a batch file and then linked to it using my winamp shortcuts!!!

I still don't know what plug-in did this
