You could "scoot" him over to Tech Support Plug Ins or Tech Support Developers (they only have 3 Mods) til he comes back.
C'mon Watadoo......whatcha think? SLK does a GREAT job with the Bitchlist, but you need another female Mod somewhere else in the Forums to prove once and for all that this is truly an Equal Opportunity Forum!
