i dont get people. there is this new kid at my school. now being the new kid (which i've been multiple times), you try to be nice to everyone and make friends. well he doesn't seem to think like that. he thinks that by swearing at everyone, calling them names, trying to make fights, and acting generally childish he will suddenly become the most popular person in my school. he thought wrong.

next time he tries to get up in my face i'm gonna smack that bitch up. funny thing is he wants to fight and i'm more than doubble his size. this should be good.

i can relate...

new kid from new mexico i think, spreads these rumors that he got kicked out of his school because he stabbed a kid because he was givin him shit, and then after he gets jumped by the local ruffians, he starts sayin that he was messin them up, when he pretty much just backed down and took it like a bitc-- uh man. anyone younger than me, remember: being a gentleman, who knows when to shut your mouth, always comes out best in the end. god how i wish that was true.

I've found that, on average, college students are a hell of a lot more mature than high school and especially junior high students. My public schools were filled with teasing and belligerence and various other forms of irrationality and maliciousness. But there hasn't been nearly as much of that at college. Of course college students aren't perfect, but they're generally better than younger folks. Not sure how much of that is because of people becoming more mature, or how much is because of the idiots getting filtered out and not going to college.

By the time you hit grade 13, half the folks have dropped out, so that's the best year of HS. You can actually have an intelligent class discussion without a cell phone ringing, or some jackass setting fire to the map of Ancient Greek trading routes. I'd imagine that university is similar.
