I wasn't trying to say that asking a couple times would be detrimental. I just meant that, if I were Watadoo, I would be much less likely to enmoderatorate people who beg to be moderators over and over and over again, especially if their begging posts seem to outnumber their helpful posts.

Here's the dealie:

Do something positively astounding that's GOOD for the community in general. DOn't beg, cause you end up lookiing that you want it too much. Just wait for the right time, and some event will pop up which will show your love of the forums and the general congeniality that you possess. For me, it was the whacking of JLovett, for Rev Ike and DJ Egg, it was years of toiling in the tech support forums. Something will come your way, so hold on.

Now that three new slots are open (or will be shortly), just be patient, be good, and you just might get it. Besides, moderating is not all that it's cut out to be.
