Steve don't live there no more. His last post there was from July 24. It's basically turned into another tech support for newbies forum, which should be kept to the actual Technical Support - Newbies forum.

You see, instead of rearranging the forums, we decided it would be more fun to change your memory of the order of the forums, so that you all would think that they were rearranged. I'm not allowed to tell you why, though.

Oops, I didn't even notice your quote at first, and thought you were referring to Watadoo's post. Well then, we put the Newbie forum before the other tech support forums, since newbies might be likely to post in the first tech support forum they come to. And people should be a little less likely to post in the abandoned Steve and Justin threads now that they're at the bottom of the list.
