why are the times in PST. i dont like it, i liked it when it was EST.

What's going on? I posted a comment and it appeared before the previous comment. Mine was the third reply but it put it as second. Why don't most recent reply's more to the top of the forum?

i think the General Discussions should be at the top of the page, and the Tech underneath them. like the old way. because i hardly ever go to tech forums. so now i have to scroll down

0-50 : young un
51-70 : junior member
71-100 : member
101-500 : senior member
501-700 : swinger
701-infinity : old timer

This is what I like about these forums.

Your posts get counted only once when you reply to a thread.
If you post more than once on the same thread, no count.

Now that will keep the post monkeys from getting such high counts :)

I wish it kept track of both number of posts and number of threads.
But if it's only gonna keep track of threads, I think it should be labeled as such, rather than as "Posts".

Wow new boards. Maybe it is just me but they seem a bit cluttered? Perhaps if the border color was darkened or the difference in posts was darkened a bit it would separate things a little better so it doesn't appear so cluttered.

it sounds like those will be back a little later after we all get time to fix up all the links there, and clean up the huge mess of outdated information.

The new forums is like the Winamp player itself: a little ugly, kinda confusing, but very functional. Somehow I miss the old simpler forums...

I think that the new boards are far too busy with all the various logos and shit going on. When people make single line replies, it can be very hard to distinguish between the actual post, there signature, and all the various crap around their name, like all the see profile and so on. Althouugh this was in the UBB as well, for some reason, UBB was more pleasant to the eye (except colours, The new ones are cool).

Just in the middle of trying to update TSGH Links, frantically searching for old threads.
1. All < > are displayed in HTML code as &gt; &lt;
2. Old smilies aren't visible.
3. Numbered & bulleted lists don't display properly.
