I have recently setup a p166 with win 3.11 installed (hard drive space was an issue) and I need to get winamp to run on this machine. I was wondering if I could possably find an old, 16 bit version of winamp anywhere, or if I installed the 32 bit win 3.11 package if I could run 2.71. If you can answer my question, email me, thanks.

Please do not double post things, and do not expect people to email you, thats not the point of a forum

the double post was an accident, I tried to delete the second post, but kept having trouble.

Fyzic,
Before we start, here is one thing.
-=^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v=-
Windows For Workgroups is Windows 3.11
Windows 3.1 is Windows 3.1
-=^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v=-

Right, on to your question.
For all I know, I don't think a Win16 version of Winamp exists/existed. BUT you could try Winamp Heaven! (http://www.winampheaven.com) for old verions of Winamp.

Alternatively I found an MP3 player called IIS WinPlay. It is for 16 bit Windows 3.1(1) users.
Click here (http://www.albedo.net/~arvic/cgi-bin/fw-srch.cgi?s=mp3&t=And) for it.
It looks a little bit like Winamp too! ;) I actually like it!! (If anyone interested it works with Windows 9x/Me too).
Hope this will help! :)
