My computer is screwed :D
When I shut it down (its ATX) it just freesez on the shutdown screen until I press reset and It crashes all the time and everything so I though I'd reinstall windows but I have An ISDN2 and Network card in and the drivers for them are so damn hard to install so If I reinstall windows (without a format) will it leave all my stuff there?
and maybe fix the problem?
I just can't be bothered to arse around all day with the drivers and putting about 500mb of stuff onto the comp from the SLLlooowww Jaz drive.
So please someone say It'll be normal wiht all the system files reinstalled?

If that's what you want to hear...

Your computer will be just FINE. The Drivers will install perfectly the next time. Once you reinstall windows without erasing everything, it will function properly and you wont even notice a difference, except it works a bit better and will NEVER crash. :D

P.S: Don't come bi****** to me when it doesn't work. I mean, if it messes up again.

You should not reformat just reinstall Windows but when you get the option to save system files select "no". Everything you have installed will still be there but you will have in effect all new registry without all the bullshit that causes slowdown on booting and screwups on shuting down. If however you have modified any system files they will have been renewed.
