Any LaTeX or TeX users here?

Hey, I'm trying to get my feet wet with LaTeX on a Windows 2000 platform. Does anyone else here know anything about it? I'll need help as I venture forth. Gracias.

Dag, those are the first things I uninstall from my linux distro. Free's up A LOT of space on my second little HD.
