No soundcard on server?

Where is the Null plugin that I need to use when there is no soundcard in my machine?

I looked and could not find it anywhere.

It's under misc tools under the DJing link on shoutcast.com. I found it pretty easily.

I believe there is a nullout that comes with Winamp. I am using a soundcard-less server and mine works just fine. I chose Null Out in Winamp and I never installed it.
