When windows prompts you to download the .pls file, try opening or executing it instead of saving it. That file is needed to tell Winamp (Or whatever media player you're using) how to reach the stream. It is very much like the .rm or .ram metafiles that need to be downloaded for RealPlayer (eck) streams to be played.

When it prompts, it's a 1 sec flash and i can't see anything that it says, I only knew it was going to temp file because my computer slowed down for a sec one time... still don't know what to do. I've read the faq section and have made sure all file associations are correct.
Btw when i try to listen to url I get the message "error syncing to mpeg" dunno if that helps.
thx

Thx for your help i figured it out, for anyone who might have similar problems outhere, DELETE YOUR TEMP INTERNET FILES. It took me bout 5 mins to get rid of all mine, so i assume it was having a hard time finding the file i had downloaded. it works now, thx for your help DJ!

Okay, try this:
1. Open Window Explorer. (Not Internet Explorer)
2. From the menu choose VIEW | FOLDER OPTIONS.
3. Click on the File Types tab.
4. Scroll down until you see Winamp Media File
5. Double-click on the entry and make sure it says
'PLAY IN WINAMP'.
Let me know if that helps any.
